Answers to frequently asked patient questions

How important is the naturalness of the results to you?

Natural results are really close to my heart – they are not only an aesthetic goal for me, but also a calling card for my work. It’s important to me that my patients feel comfortable in their skin and that you can’t tell they’ve had surgery. I think my motto sums it up very well: “If no one sees it, everyone will notice.” This credo accompanies me in every procedure I carry out.

What distinguishes your treatments from other doctors?

What really sets me and my team apart is above all our humanity – we are empathetic, natural, down-to-earth and always honest with our patients. They sense this and we get the same feedback: that they simply feel comfortable with us. Added to this is our fast recovery concept, which has now established itself throughout Germany. Patients travel to us from Germany, Switzerland and Austria specifically because they can return home on the same day after the procedure. This is a huge advantage for many people.

How does a consultation with you work?

It is really important to me that every person who comes to me feels truly heard and understood. That’s why I take 45 minutes for each consultation – without rushing, without pressure. I want all questions to be answered and to be able to respond to individual needs and wishes. Even afterwards, I don’t leave anyone on their own: my team then conducts another follow-up consultation, takes care of any final questions and accompanies everyone on the way to a well-informed and confident decision.

What advice would you give to someone who is considering an aesthetic procedure?

My honest advice: take the time you need. Get several opinions before you decide – this is absolutely legitimate and important. Pay close attention to how the consultation goes: Are you really being taken seriously? Does the doctor respond to your wishes or are you quickly dismissed? This says a lot about the quality of the treatment. And I would particularly like to give you some advice: Only seek advice and treatment for surgical procedures from a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery – because only they have the in-depth training and the necessary expertise to really be able to help you safely. You deserve the best.
