We develop a customized treatment concept for each patient. Different tightening techniques are used depending on the initial findings:

Periareolar tightening (O incision)

Particularly gentle on scars and ideal for slight excess skin. The incision only runs around the areola – for a discreet, natural result.

Vertical tightening (I-cut / Lejour technique)

For moderate sagging: The breast is reshaped with a fine scar from the areola to the underbust crease.

T-cut (anchor technique)

For severe sagging or large excess skin. This proven method ensures long-term stability and a symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing shape.

Breast lift with implants (augmentation mastopexy)

If additional volume or more fullness is desired – e.g. after pregnancy or weight loss. The implant complements the tightening for a particularly feminine, harmonious result.

How does a breast lift in Frankfurt work?

The preparation

For example, patients should refrain from taking blood-thinning medication, nicotine and alcohol for around two weeks before the procedure. Patients must appear for the operation sober.

The treatment

The treatment takes place under general anesthesia in our practice. By removing excess and sagging skin and reshaping the breast, it is given the desired shape of the patient. In addition to the removal of excess skin, the repositioning of the nipples is also a central part of the treatment. They are brought into a natural, harmonious position to optimize the overall aesthetic appearance of the breast. Dr. Nauras Abuagela prefers to make an i-shaped incision during the breast lift; this runs around the nipple and vertically to the underbust crease. If desired, a silicone implant can also be used during the operation to restore volume. It is also possible to enlarge the breasts at the same time.

The aftercare

Breast operations are performed on an outpatient or inpatient basis, depending on the extent of the procedure. On the first day after the operation, you can expect initial wound care and a check to see whether everything is healing as expected. Pain may occur in the days following the treatment – although this often depends on how you feel. We will provide you with painkillers just in case. We are also always available for you if you have any questions or problems.
